Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival in low/ mid seasons or 28 days in high season will attract a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made less that 14 days prior to arrival in low/ mid seasons or 28 days in high season where the apartment can not be relet for the same period of time the deposit will be forfeited.

Mid/ High Season Dates: 23/12/11 - 27/01/12, 05/04/12 - 08/04/12, 22/09/12 - 06/10/12, 08/12/12 - 26/01/13, 28/03/13 - 31/03/13.
